Since 2023, Monark Construction LLC has partnered with Touchmark to deliver phased full-term roof replacements and tenant build-out renovations across their senior living campus. This comprehensive program began with the complete removal of existing roofing systems—including underlayment and flashings—followed by structural deck repairs to correct moisture-compromised sheathing and framing variances.
Monark Construction LLC installed high-efficiency asphalt shingles and seamless aluminum gutters, then completed interior build-outs—new partitions, vinyl plank flooring, custom millwork, and accessible fixtures—while integrating updated HVAC, LED lighting, and fire-safety systems.
Completed phased roof replacements and tenant build-outs on an occupied senior living campus ahead of schedule—and with zero inspection deficiencies.
To safeguard daily operations and resident wellbeing, Monark implemented a phased construction schedule supported by synchronized site logistics, daily coordination meetings with Touchmark staff, and real-time progress tracking. The team deployed strict quality-control protocols—including a 34-point daily inspection checklist—and met every municipal and internal inspection checkpoint with zero deficiencies.
By sequencing work wing-by-wing and isolating active living areas with dust-containment systems, Monark maintained uninterrupted access and safety throughout. Completed ahead of schedule, under contingency allocation, and with zero incidents, the project reinforces Monark’s ability to manage complex occupied-site renovations with technical precision and professional care.
