Who We Are

ready for high-level work

At Monark Construction, we don’t just build — we build by the book. Whether it’s a multi-unit project, a commercial build-out, or a public-sector contract, we keep every scope tight, every file clean, and every jobsite safe. Here’s how we stay ready to meet local, state, and federal contracting standards.

1. Oklahoma Roofing Contractor Registration (59 O.S. § 1151–1151.21)

We’re registered in accordance with Oklahoma law, which requires proof of general liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and written warranties for any job over $10,000.

2. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR – Parts 9, 19, and 52)

As a SAM.gov–registered contractor, we follow federal guidelines for eligibility, ethics, subcontracting plans, and small business qualifications. These help ensure fairness, quality, and clear documentation on federal work.

3. Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (40 U.S.C. § 3141–3148)
